What Is Laughter Yoga? My Experience.

LAUGHTER YOGA was created in 1995 in Mumbai (India) from the Indian doctor Dr Madan Kataria and is a technique that has already changed the lives of many persons in the world. It produces endorphins, is therefore an excellent anti-stress, anti-depressant and natural painkiller.

 

Laughter Yoga is a unique method, where anyone can laugh without humor or jokes. It's called Laughter Yoga because it combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing (Pranayama)

 

SESSION OF LAUGHTER YOGA

A session is being conducted from leader or a Teacher who leads the group, giving instructions for the laughter exercises, breathing and stretching exercises. In the group we simulate laughter performed as exercise and, through eye contact and the playfulness of the child hidden in each of us, the laughter becomes contagious and spontaneous, in this way bringing more oxygen to the body and to the brain and simultaneously creating more energy and physical, mental and emotional wellness. This me-method is based on the scientific fact that the body does not recognize the difference between a real and a fake laugh and then you get the same benefits of a healthy and genuine laughter.

 

THE FIVE BENEFITS OF LAUGHTER YOGA

1 When you laugh you're better and live better - the yoga of laughter can change the mood in a few minutes through the release of endorphins; and when the mood is good, everything is more beautiful !!!

2 When you laugh you are more healthy - Yoga Laughter improves your immune system and reduces the level of stress, so you get sick less and we can have a good help to heal faster.

3 When you laugh, work and study better - The brain needs a lot of oxygen 25% more compared to the other organs of the body. Laughter Yoga provides a greater supply of oxygen, so you are more energetic and motivated and improves the efficiency and performance at work.

4 When you laugh, you improve your social life - The quality of life depends on how many we have good social relations. Laughter Yoga puts quickly connect people to each other, giving us moments of sharing and altruism.

5 When you laugh stands the spirit. It 'easy to laugh when things go well, the harder it is to laugh when we face the challenges of life. Laughter Yoga gives us a positive mental attitude, allowing you to face life with a smile ...

 

3 REASONS TO DO IT 

1 In order to get the scientifically proven benefits of laughter, you have to laugh continuously for at least 10-15 minutes. Since in Laughter Yoga we laugh as an exercise, we can prolong the laughter as we want. On the other hand, natural laughter lasts only a few seconds, which is insufficient to bring about physiological and biochemical changes in the body. 

2 Always to get the maximum benefits from laughter this has to be strong and loud and coming from the diaphragm. It should be a belly laugh. It may not be socially acceptable to laugh loudly, but Laughter Club provide a safe environment where you can laugh loudly and heartily without any social implication. 

3 The spontaneous laughter that we do in our everyday life is dependent upon many reasons and conditions, but there are many reasons that make us laugh. 

This means that if laughter is left to chance, it can happen or not. In the Club of laughter, instead laughter is not left to chance but stems from our commitment. This ensures that we get the health benefits of laughter

 

YOUR YOGA TEACHER OF LAUGHTER

My name is Maria Federici, and I have taught YOGA OF LAUGHTER.

I love nature and everything that is natural, nearly twenty years since I take care of Holistic therapies, focus on getting WELLNESS OF BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT.

In 2012 I had a SHOCK: I met him YOGA OF LAUGHTER ... I became TEACHER LEADER and with LAURA TOFFOLO (the most important figure in Italy).

In 2013 I attended the EUROPEAN CONGRESS OF LAUGHTER YOGA in Portugal, where I could update me directly with the founder Madan Kataria.

With great passion I'm spreading this EXCEPTIONAL METHOD taking 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK OF LAUGHTER YOGA, WORKSHOPS, INTENSIVE MONTHLY, and

TRAINING for certification as a leader and take part in meetings at various clubs and events.
